East of Ericeira, on the way to Lisbon, lies the market town of Mafra known for its Baroque Royal Palace, a grandiose monument with a magnificent library.
Just outside Mafra (2 km) hidden away in the green valley we find 6 small attractively renovated cottages with terraces and patios, shrubs and flowers.
The cottages are very comfortable and all differently decorated in a different theme. The beach is 11 kms away, supermarket 1 km, restaurant and other shops 2 km.
Casa Etnica has a double bedroom, shower room, living room with easy chairs at one end and kitchenet and dining area at the other. There are 2 chairs which can be pulled out as mattresses and serve as beds for a couple of children. Woodburner stove, aircondition, DVD, satellite TV.
